Dr. H.P.Kumar is overall in charge and lead with missionary zeal to bring “Sahara Hospital into select group of hospital providing quality care.

He did his MBBS, DMRE AND MD from K G Medical College, Lucknow. He also held various key Governmental administrative positions such as the Chief Medical Officer ,lucknow and also has distinction of heading medical & health services of U.P. state as the Director General(Medical & Health),U.P. .In a long and distinguished career spanning over four decades, he has been responsible for implementing major state healthcare policies and management protocols. He is renowned for transforming the DR. SPM. Hospital lucknow into a model multispecialty hospital as head of this 320 beded hospital .He has the credit to launch first urban RHC programme in India a project Director Urban RCH Lucknow.He was awarded Prakriti Ratna Award for his contribution in Healthcare.
